This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed and an on-suite with two sinks. The front guest room is furnished with a queen bed. The bunk in the third bedroom sleeps 3- with a queen on the bottom and a twin on the top. Each bedroom has a desk to make it easy if you must catch up with school or work.
Soak up the sun, splash in the heated pool, barbeque and dine in the screened in pool deck. Bikes, coolers, beach chairs and beach card and everything you need is waiting for you to head to the beach to collect shells and watch the amazing gulf sunsets.

Fantastic stay in paradise!
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. We had three adults and two children. There was so much room for us to spread out and not be on top of each other. The outdoor space was spectacular, and the kids were in the pool nonstop. We are already talking about our next visit.
I noticed in the pictures the lack of lounge chairs around the pool. I messaged the property manager and asked if it was possible to add some. When we arrived, there they were! Maybe they had been there the whole time and just weren't in the pictures, or maybe the owner made sure to purchase a couple before we arrived. Winter Paradise
120 West is a great property and excellent location. Don't let the outside appearance fool you - the inside is super cute. I have rented many houses, and this was the best supplied and clean house I have rented. Feb 2024 getaway

120 West Ave
This unit was very nice and we enjoyed staying in a house after being in a condo. Everything is just as it shows online, very comfortable, and the bedroom with the bunkbeds which we didn't use would have been great for our grandkids. Good location, within walking distance of restaurants and the best ice cream shop I have had the pleasure to indulge myself in!
We did have an issue with the locks but trust me when I say that Pat and her staff at Florida Rentals

Nice place in Bonita!
