Perfect place
A nice quiet apartment. Large, clean and fully furnished. Except in the morning, sun on the balcony all day long. Nice clean facility with lots of extras. Nice, helpful and serious agent (Patricia/Pat). She is easy to reach and gives lots of tips. Beach, shops and restaurants nearby. We felt very comfortable here.
One of the best places to spend your vacation again.

Wonderful stay
We had a fabulous time. The apartment is excellent and absolutely as described. The pool area and gym are great and it’s so close
To lots of restaurants and the beach which is wonderful. The weather was amazing this year. No Hurricane Ian to contend with

Baseball family fun!!
Bonita Village was the perfect accommodation for our family for a week of baseball games. Our unit was well equipped and very clean with all the comforts of home. It was great to have multiple baseball families in the same development with lots of room for the adults and kids to hang out. Thanks for the amazing stay!!!!

Nice Unit
We really enjoyed this unit in Bonita Village. All the furnishings were clean and well maintained. We did have an issue with dishwasher, it did not work and wasn’t fix till were ready to leave. So we didn’t have a dishwasher for almost 5 weeks, which was inexcusable. There was no adjustment in rental fee, even after we had discussed with management company. Very dissatisfied with how this was handled, not best business practice!

I appreciate the comments. Thanks to Hurricane Ian supplies and parts for the dishwasher were halted. We are sorry that this happened and it is not that we were not on top of it but our hands were tied. If the management had been at fault there would have been a consideration for a discount. The couple that rented the condo were very nice and the gentleman said he did all the dishes anyway and it was fine with him.

the condo, location and common areas were good. But the interior was painted gray which is such a cold, sad color.

bonita village
I rented two separate rooms for my children and their families and they both had a wonderful time even though the beaches weren’t open. The place is gorgeous spacious grandkids highly enjoyed in the pools.

Flawless experience
Everything was perfect, the condo was practically brand new, spacious, balcony overlooking the pool, very bright living room and master bedroom. Super well stocked kitchen.

Lovely apartment.
We have just spent a fabulous 6 weeks staying in this lovely apartment. Despite hurricane Ian which happened two days after we arrived we had an amazing time. Bonita village resort is lovely and kept immaculate by a team of dedicated staff. The two pools are excellent and the gym is really well equipped. Our air conditioning broke in week 4 and was fixed in two days. The apartment was incredibly well equipped and everything was of a high quality. The only thing we would have liked is better communication with the property management team when things needed sorting.
