Disappointing Unit
The resort was good but very dissatisfied with the suite; the furniture was filthy and very old, couch was uncomfortable because it had no springs left;the carpets were filthy; the dishwasher didn't work (but management fixed it); the patio furniture was so old and rusted and the chair covers were all ripped; the dishes were chipped; the cutlery looked like they were from a second hand store, the twin beds were different sizes and one didn't have a bed pillow and queen sheets were used on one of the single beds and the king bed was so high you needed a stool; had to buy a broom to sweep the floor and a bath mat for the shower; the bath towels were like sandpaper and had to buy face cloths as there were none. We read on VRBO a very bad review about the same suite and you would have thought management would have done something before renting it again. I am sure the people after us would have experienced the same. We should never have been charged the amount that we paid with management knowing the condition of the suite.

Great location!
The condo was clean and well equipped, however the condition of the living room furniture was not so good. Both the sofa and the chairs were sagging and very uncomfortable...we all had backaches! The king bed was so high I could hardly get into it...needed a step stool. The kitchen was well equipped with enough glasses and dishes, and there were enough towels in the bathrooms. Needs updating....broken blinds! Then the cushions on the patio furniture was ripped and stained....the arm rests were rusty and the paint was peeling off.

You wont be disappointed
We've rented at Bonita Village for several years now. It is a great property with a great location. I'm a big fan of the gym and the pools. This unit worked out great. It faces south, so the lanai is great in the mornings and in the evenings. Furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Summer Vacation
Yearly visit to dad and sis who live in Bonita.
Very nice condo, very clean, and the agency was professional and attentive. We'll be back!
