Month of January stay
The property in general is not well maintained. The shower faucet should have been replaced before we got there and on the first day it broke and the water could not be turned off. Handyman turned off the hot water but the cold shower water ran all night. The toilets were not usable. Fixed but took 2 days. The stairs are big concern since there is no good railing to hold onto and the stairs are steep. The bottom step seems to be not to the same measurement as the others, also. My husband fell on the last step. The heating and air are hard to regulate where one bedroom gets most of the air while the other is either too hot or too cold. Some of the days we were there we could open doors and windows but the windows are nonfunctional and taped shut. The beach chairs provided were very heavy. My wife was unable to carry it so we had to buy lighter chairs for the beach which we had to leave.- Anonymous from Franklin, Posted: 2/12/2026
Charming Beach House
We had a lovely stay in this charming beach house right across the street from the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for meals. The house was very clean.
